Mental Health Ultra 100

Introduction:

The MHU100 will take place along the North coast of Cornwall between St Agnes and Trevose Head.  The event HQ will be situated at Newquay Sports & Community Centre where all routes will start and finish.

We see this event to be unique in that it is a real test of both physical and mental strength which helps to STAMP on the stigma attached to Mental Health issues.

The event will be raising awareness of Mental Health where the monies from entries and sponsorship will go towards a number of Mental Health Programmes we run for students and the local community.

The event will consist of the following distances: 100km - 50km - 20km and a family 5km.

The routes apart from the 5km will take place along the coastal footpaths along the North coast between Newquay - Trevose and St Agnes.
