All our classes have been designed to cater for all abilities and our very experienced coaches will progress or regress classes dependant on everyone participating.  

 

Please note: You must book onto classes as there are limited spaces available. 

 

Class descriptions:

 

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp works on the back to basics notion when it comes to training.  We design every programme around the utilisation of your body weight through various forms of exercise whilst making sure you are using the correct techniques no matter the intensity or exercise.

RIGFIT

Rig Fit is a circuits based strength and endurance class which utilises the 'Rig' and combines a range of exercises using equipment such as: TRX, Olympic Bars, Plyometric Boxes etc.... 

SPIN

The first rule of SPIN class. Wipe down the seat afterwards – you’re going to get sweaty!

This fun, athletic cycling class means getting on your bike with an energetic group, ready to Spin your way through a motivating soundtrack. You’ll alternate intervals at full pelt with chances to catch your breath, getting that heart rate up and burning hundreds of calories as you Spin.

 

METCON30

METCON is our Metabolic Conditioning class which will aid an athlete in any given sporting environment. This class is an effective metabolic workout that will set the metabolism on fire!

ROMWOD is not just a “yoga” class. One of the most important differences between ROMWOD and “yoga” is our focus on maintaining strength while increasing range of motion. ROMWOD does not train you to be more flexible. It trains your joints to open and it strengthens your joints at the same time.

 

SWOLE Club

SWOLE Club is all about the ARMS.  It is a coached session in which the coach themselves will be training shoulder to shoulder, toe to toe with you.  They will take you through an Intense Arm workout which will target the Biceps and Triceps.  So if you want to learn how to grow, strengthen and add some SWOLE to your arms.  This is the class for you. 

 

Warning:  You will be engaged in some serious VOLUME training which will cause some serious SWOLELITUS!!!
