What is Athlete Programme?
BRAND NEW 'ATHLETE PROGRAM' STARTING LATE NOVEMBER. CLASS SIZES ARE LIMITED TO 10 FOR INCREASED INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION
Stage 1 - Foundation This stage aims to master the basics of training.
In this program, our expert team of coaches will address proper movement mechanics for running, jumping, and lifting. Along with mechanics, we will address developing core strength/stability in order to control our body in athletic positions. Flexibility and mobility will be addressed so athletes can perform through the full range of motion, as well as decrease the risk of injury.
Stage 2 - Compete
This stage is a 4-6 week training cycle that is designed by our expert team of coaches to prepare our youth athletes for competition.
This program will focus more on proper mechanics and corrective movements. Our compete stage programming addresses injury prevention, running mechanics, balance, coordination, power development, flexibility, speed, and strength. Athletes will be tested quarterly to track progress and quantify improvements.
Our compete program will be broken down into 2 coach led training sessions a week. This structure gives the athletes flexibility to accommodate their current sports schedule. A third day will be optional and will be a gym based programme for the youth athletes to focus on areas of mobility/flexibility but still under the watchful eye of our coaching team.

Every session is designed to be engaging and fun whilst educating participants on the correct ways to train and to become a better all round athlete.
Wednesday 4:30pm-5:15pm & Saturdays 8:30am-9:15am
